Excellent job! Would you believe that I have wanted to do the same thing? I was kind of leary as to all of the 12 volt components and how it all worked, I’m sure it would be easy to figure out once I saw it in person. I did build my house myself, I’ve been in it for a year now, and I’m 24. There is def. a feeling of satisfaction.

I dout it would leak and not leak for longer than most, when you build things of your own you take more care than somthing off the production line would produce. awsome worke mate

OMG, what would posses you to take on a project like that? I do commend you for a job well done, but that seems a bit nutty to me. :)

I am totally impressed with your ingenuity. You are so lucky to be living in the RV meca of Indiana where yo could go to the local RV surplus store and purchase everything you need at a discounted price because it may be blemished, etc. Where did you get the frame? Did you get that from a local manufactrurer or did you build it?

they are 9×20 sheets of phylon, bought from a surpluss rv dealer for $35 a sheet. They were all rejects, i just put the windows where the defects were.

What kind of laminate did you use for the exterior? It looks like 15′ rolls of fiberglass? In the process of destroying 30 yr old trailer, appreciate the help.
