i have a 2004 f150 and im towing thirteen thousand lbs with it and it tow very good is it intended to do that?

i have experimented with towing my 13000 lb toy hauler with a chevy 1500 and it wouldnt get previously mentioned 60 miles an hour but with my f150 i tow it and i get up to 3500 rpms and it tow extremely geat for a one/2 ton i was quite stunned more...

The trailer is a vehicle dolly carrying a 2500 lb. car but ONLY the front wheels are elevated. The rear wheels are on the ground.I am towing this with a Course B RV, Ford 350 Excel. The a single dealership I took it to explained it would value me $ 1600-1700 for them to do the within and $ 425 to do the exterior. I very own a 30 ft C Class RV that has a 1994 Ford 460 V8 in it. This is a fabulous motor with gobs of electrical power, but lugging all around an 18 thousand pound RV and towing trailers on best of that just eats transmissions! I have changed it 3 times so far, making use of brand new trannys from the seller every single time. I do not know the tranny sort, but its no matter what comes in an E 350. I had a tranny shop go thru it and “beef it up” but my motor home nevertheless ate it for breakfast. I need to have an update. What else will fit powering this motor, won’t break, and won’t price a fortune either? more...
