my unit has a 9 gallon pro pan tank installed,, i would like to Link a eExternal tank to it so i don’thave to keep driving the rig up the road to fill it more...

I have a 78 kawi 750 kz i picked up from a friend, it started right away and rode it up onto the trailer, then when i got her home (after a rain storm) it ran shortly and then died. after changing the plugs and fuel she started again first kick, i went back out to it a week later and now its the same problem, no attempt to fire at all. i sprayed quick start down the carb to see if it was fuel or spark issue, seems like theres no spark now, again. it has been raining for quite a while here, its been dry for the last two days now though.
any ideas?

Well the bike was stored for a year or more, it started fine and went onto the trailer, it does run a little sputty (carbs not tuned well) but started first kick, i added some oil because it was down and after that it ran for a few minutes and died , i couldnet get her to start again so i drained fuel, sprayed carb cleaner into the carb and put new plugs in, it fired first kick again and ran a bit better. i left it for a week and now it dosnet fire at all again. the plugs are showing gas or oil on them. is it possible the oil sunk into a sump and read as being low, then when i added it over filled and floated the rings, making oil blow by and foul the plugs?
oh and i was using the battery out of my other bike , its good and charged. more...
